Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved as follows:

Informal Resolution: You agree to first contact us at info@hormuzmonitor.com to attempt to resolve any dispute informally.
Arbitration: If the dispute is not resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya, in accordance with the rules of the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration (NCIA) .
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

15. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Smart Freelance Solutions regarding the Service.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
